Transforming Business through Talent

As executive vice president of recruitment solutions at WilsonHCG, Kim Pope is instrumental in the growth of the global talent solutions company as well as fueling growth and innovation with its clients.

Over the past three years, Pope has successfully overseen three corporate acquisitions; the company’s global expansion into Canada, Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific region; as well as the restructuring of its sales and marketing departments.

She is known for driving collaboration and motivating teams to strive for excellence and for transforming clients’ businesses through their talent. Her colleagues say she has paved the way for countless women striving for leadership positions across the human resources sector.

WilsonHCG delivers business-impacting talent solutions, such as recruitment processing outsourcing (RPO), talent consulting, executive search and workforce solutions. Pope is accountable for developing solutions that position clients for creating proactive talent acquisition strategies that fuel growth.

Pope initially launched her career at Aerotek and moved on as a recruiting manager at Ray & Barney Group. After joining WilsonHCG about six years ago, she began leading the sales team to help create proactive talent acquisition strategies that drive growth and innovation for organizations across a variety of industries. Now she oversees sales, sales operations and marketing. Over the past few years, her communication skills, strategies, and implementation plans have been instrumental in three of WilsonHCG’s acquisitions in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. She says her biggest career leap was moving into recruitment processing outsourcing. “I learned how big of a positive impact RPO can have on an organization’s growth,” she said.

While driving brand management, Pope also works alongside the executive team to grow WilsonHCG’s global partnerships. As a supporter and advocate for candidate experiences, she serves on the North America CandE Council, where she plays a strategic role in defining the Candidate Experience Awards and Research in 2016 and beyond. This allows her to bring best practices to the company and its clients, as well as giving back to the recruitment industry and helping drive HR transformation.
